- Mesh elasticised. Small for sprains, + small coil mesh.

Blister package.

-Plasters (assorted sizes) + roll of plaster.

- Cleaning paper Antiseptic.

-Pins Safety.

- Pain killers.

- Any individual drugs.

Set clear.

- Soap / shampoo / cotton towel. / Etc.

- Gear door / light. Glass.

-Toothbrush/toothpaste.

Toilet -.

- + Soap for washing clothes, clothes line with a small hammer.

Accessories.

- Climbing towers.

- Flashlight (with battery backup).

-Compass/maps.

- Whistle.

-Binoculars/camera.

-Personal items. (radio/mp3 players etc).

All items. theses should be packed in bags or containers of water or by lining waterproof backpack. If the partnership or backpacking. Groups can share some things between you and one is heavy cooking gear assembly, while others cook.
