Problem of computer memory?

I'm not sure what happens here! I have a Dell Precision T3400 with two 3GHz processors Core 2 Duo processor and 3.25 GB of RAM. But for some reason you can not perform multiple tasks with this team very well. If I am standing SolidWorks 2007 SP 4 (3-D modeling software) and one or several other programs (no matter what), you receive an error message that says "resources needed were not available. "Only this message appears when opening the Tools Options menu! And some programs will not open at all or can not print programs! I'm not sure what is happening. It might work better with my old computer that has half the processor and memory This team! Is there a corrupt file or not, or something? What can I do? Sorry ... is I forgot to mention that when this problem, I have plenty of memory left. According to task manager I do not use all my memory!

If this occurs only when you using SolidWorks 2007, so it's probably a problem with an upgrade of XP and SolidWorks. Check if there is an update of your program / Support contact or SolidWorks. Although they may say to lol SolidWorks 2010.
