Easy hike
Hills hurt.

Suggestions for other people doing this hike:
Wear comfortable shoes!
Wear ear plugs
Don't get lost.
Plan a route without hills.

Conclusion:
Cross-country hikes are more fun than urban hikes plus the're easier on your feet.
Next time, plan a route with very few hills.
I loved looking at all the buildings.
It was a great hike.
Fun but painful.

Adult Note:
There's a lot of drug use in Seattle, and you might want to check out the reputation of neighborhoods before hiking through them. Taking the ferry over was a great idea.
