What would that not a Ford F150 crank 95 to sometimes?

Sometimes I go to crank my truck and only produces more. I changed IGN. coil, distrib. IC, rotor button, spark plugs, fuel press. regulator, relays, and the distributor. I made the transition from the inertia also reduce the problem. I even took a mechanic to check the exhaust system. Of course, there are some CONDENSATION leaving the exhaust pipe and other areas of the exhaust system, but may or may not be normal. I do not know! Of Suggestions? Have you tried the fuel side of the filter drivers in front of the rear wheel? Do you hear the fuel pump turn first you press the power switch?
